Non receipt of Pension Instalment

Dear Sir,

Pension instalment due on 028-9- on my Policy No. 113589606 dated 28-09 (Table No. 161) and Proposal No. 005395ated 28-09 has not been credited to my Saving Bank A/C No. 10932807205) maintained at State Bank of India, R.K.Puramj, NewDelhi-1100962. It was being sent through ECS for past all the years. Kindly clearify whether is it Bank's fault, who has not credited the amount sent by you or it has not been sent by you as yet. If not yet sent, take immediate actin to send it.
