Dear Sir

On behalf of my wife i am writing this complaint. On July 25 th we went to the nearest ICICI PRUDENTIAL office and closed the above said insurance and at that time they told us that there will be call coming from MUMBAI head office. The call came on 27 th July at about 2 pm and i have received the call and she want to talk to my wife. She ask her can you understand English and my wife said no and the lady told her we will call you back with in 10 minutes. The whole day call did not come. On 28 July again the call came and this time my wife directly attended the call and the other side there was no answer and the call was cut. The number of the Tel.022 41155700.I have try to call this number no body is attending. I feel this system is not correct. When we are closing the Product all formalities to be completed there itself and the fund to be transferred to the given bank account. See people are not free every body have there own activities.

Please see that fund is transferred to her account as said.(7 working days with out delay) We are constructing the house and need the money.
