Correction in my name in house tax receipt

This is to inform you that I am Naresh Kumar Mishra, a resident of 643 SA / 051, Sanskrit Nagram (Snehi Nagar), Sitapur Road, Lucknow - 20. There is an error in my house tax computerized receipt. My name is printed as M.K. Mishra instead of N.K.Mishra. I have already submitted house tax self assessment form (form no. 416679 dated on 27th January) in the name of N.K.Mishra.

So it is requested to make this correction in my house tax assessment records as early as possible to avoid any incovenience in future.
