Dear ngpay i am manikandan i am two month back irctc train ticket booked but the ticket is netwok problem that ticket is not come but amount is take than i got one message that amount is 10 to 15 days credited in your account so i am not seriously that problem but two month after i saw my acciount that amount is not credited so i called ngpay then they give one arc number 16 digit number they told you tell this number your bank manager they imediately credited your account so, i saw my bank manager then told this problem but that manager told me i am not credit in your account they told ngpay send email me then credit your account so please send my problem to bank manager.
