WRONG ATM WITHDRAWL OF CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA BALAGHAT

My account no 11546289158 at SBI lamta district balaghat (m.p.) an atm card issued to me used at CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA atm at BALAGHAT madhya pradesh.to draw a sum of 10000-(ten thousand only) but the atm machine not give a slip dated 11/06. time 14.44 mentioned that transection declined unable to process. The atm not give any money. i launched a complaint with central bank of india balaghat, state bank of india lamta district balaghat, private frinchise of cbi bank & authorises person of atm manager mr mukhther sahab in jabalpur .the bank yet not cradited back sum debited from my account. I feel that the bank cheeted me. please help to get back my money. thank you
