Non payment of Money after selling IPO

I, Anil K Garg, had sold 199 Shares in my DP with Mansukh Securities & Finance Ltd @ 327.65..They sent me cheque with wrong Acc No. of My HDFC Bank. Since my money is blocked due to their mistake so I couldnt apply next IPO RPP Infra..I lost premium of Rs 5000... Now What should I do.
