My ATM card was blocked while with drawal of money from ATM due to weong pin code. Accordingly I approached the concerned bank branch some 75 days before and i have made a request for re pin and filled up a form provided by the bank, but unfortunately till now the needfull has not been done so far putting me in great fluster and frustration. since my salaries are being credited in to the said branch and presently i have to travell a lot of distance from Distt; pulwama to Kupwara some 130 kms which is not possible for me as i am presently posted in Distt; pulwama. My representative is approaching daily to the bank authorities but they are avoiding daily from one pretext to other. May I know that how much time such request is redressed or is my request being looked into.
