I HAVE SEVERAL POLICIES WITH LIC INCLUDING 2 MARKET PLUS. I WAS TRYING TO GET THE LATEST INFORMATIONS FROM LIC'S VADAKARA BRANCH BUT TO MY SURPRISE NOBODY IS THERE TO ATTEND CUSTOMERS CALLS. 2 WEEKS BACK, I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THE MANAGER BUT NO BODY ATTEND THE CALL AND I SPOKE TO CRM IN CALICUT AND SHE MANAGED TO SPEAK THE ASST.MANAGER AND CONVEYED MY MESSAGE . AND TODAY, 23/08, I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIME TO CONTACT VADAKARA BRANCH AND RESPONSE WAS THE SAME. I WENT TO CALICUT BRANCH OFFICE AND COMPLAINT TO MR.JACOB, SNR.BRANCH MANAGER. MR.JACOB WAS HELPLESS BUT HELPED ME WITH ANOTHER ANOTHER DIRECT NUMBER TO CONTACT BUT AGAIN WE FAILED TO CONTACT THEM. AND LATER MR.JACOB HAS GIVEN ME BRANCH MANAGER'S, MR.PREM KUMAR'S, MOBILE NUMBER. AND FINALLY I GOT HIM. I STARTED TO TALK TO HIM REGARDING THE TELEPHONE PROBLEMS BUT TO MY SURPRISE HE DISCONNECTED THE LINE. I HAVE TRIED AGAIN TO CONTACT HIM BUT HE NEVER ATTEND MY CALLS. WHAT CAN I DO? WHERE SHALL I GO? WHY ARE YOU KEEPING SUCH A PERSON AS A BRANCH MANAGER WHO CAN NOT MANAGE HIS SUBORDINATES? I HOPE SOMEBODY FROM THE HIGHER AUTHORITY IN LIC SHALL CONTACT ME TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE.
