I have given my vehicle Zen Estilo having registration No. MP 07 CA 2738 on 20-09 to M/S Madhusudan Motors Agra for servicing and minor denting painting. I have submitted claim for minor denting painting and replacement of broken back light of same side of dents, but till today Bajaj Allianz General insurance company Limited has not passed/cleared the claim and vehicle is lying ideal at the Madhudan Motors Agra. Today afternoon I have asked to Madhusudan Motors Agra to do denting/painting and replace the back light and I will pay for the same. This type of acts of Bajaj Allianz General insurance company Limited is affect the proud of Maruti udyog Company who is giving 100 % satisfaction of his costumer.
