With regards to the above claim you asked me to submit PI- PHOTOS, as you know very well that your any client never take such photos.
At the time of getting insurance policy / claims the PI- PHOTOS of vehicles has to be taken by your authorized agent and to be submit to you and on such required fulfillment of all formalities your company issues an insurance certificate.
At the time of accident above policy was in full force/ inexistence and approved by your company and no any required formalities were asked by you to be submitted.
As my policy was in force/ inexistence at the time of accident, so kindly process my claim at earliest.
