Non Refunding of Provident Fund

Dear Sir,

I Mukarram Khan Aslam Khan has left the previous company mentioned above 07 months before, I have submitted all the belonging and handed over my all responsibilities to the HR department but till now they have not forwarded my PF refund application. The Accounts Manger Mr. Liyaqat Shaikh is not receiving my calls and they are taking it very lightly.

So, I humbly request you the guide me what to do.
