POLICY SURRENDER

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am facing a serious issue with MAX New york regarding a Insurance Policy

Earlier I had taken one policy, called LIFE INVEST UNIT LINKED plan for which I had to pay the quarterly premium in the month of June 09, I called up the agent, he came & proposed me a new policy plan, in which I was not interested, but after too much insisting by the agent I agree to take the new policy called UNIT BUILDER plan against the cancellation of the older one. Agent had agreed to that, but he said to take the new policy first, then after receiving the bond, the older policy can be surrendered & the initially paid premium amount will be credited back.

After chasing the Agent for 1 month, I was unabe to catch him, at the end, after 1 and half month the agent had come to my office when I was not there & handed over the policy to my colleague.

Now I am here with a information taht that particular agent has left the company & by the terms & condition of the policy none my policy amount will, be returned.

I've paid 15000 as a quaterly premium for each of my policy bond making it to 30000, & I do not want to continue this policy with MAX newyork anymore considering the bad responses & too pity service to their clients

Kindly help me & let me know how I can get my premium amount refunded
