Cancellation and refund for the same

Hi Sir

I (Ravinder pal Singh) have enrolled in your Smart Steps plus (Premium coverage) on 29/Dec, my Policy no=761492339, addres--A13a shiv vihar, chander vihar, nilothi ext. Nangloi-110041.

But now i m not able to continue with this policy due to some reason. So I kindly request you to cancel my Policy and Refund the sum of Rs25000.at earliest otherwise i have to take the action.
