Dear Sir, I am part of the Max New York Life Family and policy holder of MNY Life insurance co. My monthly premium Rs. - was being deducted from my salary but premium for the month of Sept-10 and Octo-10 has not deducted from my salary hence I have deposited premium by hand for the month of Sep and Octo-10 and get slip for this. Now premium for the month of Sept, Oct, and Nov-10 Rs. 6000/- has been deducted from my salary by Chief Account Officer, Cetral Record office, ITBP Delhi.
It is clear of above para premium of the month of Sept and Oct-10 Rs. 4000/- has been again deducted from my salary as such Rs 4000/- excess has been paid by me.
