Karnal branch behaviour towards us they donot give me the information about my policy

I m mrs. sudesh kumari taken a policy of smart xpress (ulip 5 pay) of prmium Rs 50000 annual and effective date of coverage is 10 nov on a nomination of mr vivek kumar ie dob 13-12-1990 of policy no-702374810 and life maker premium unit linked investment 10 yr. 5 pay plan face amount OF A PREMIUM OF Rs. 7000 QUATERLY and effective date of coverage is 30 mar. and policy no -727226227.

i have given 10 instalments of Rs 70000 premium but my fund valvue is less than 50000 thousands when i want detail on this they do not give my details.

but now i m not getting my policies information correctly from karnal branch i have gone there so many times but all times they did not give me the information because i m willing to switch my funds.because my fund value is going low day by day

but i ma so fed up with the behaviour of staff of karnal branch office
