Dual sim Problem

I brought One MAXX128 Dual Sim Mobile. After One week itsel Second Sim is not supporting. I given it to Company Service Center near Navarang, Rajajinagar. They kept the mobile after 3 days they given. That day eveing only the mobile is onceagain same problem.

How can i contact the right MAXX Service persons?
