There is no system to solve problems

I stay at Kandicali-W

I have paid Rs. 13000 as my property TAX on mcgm through internet.

The amount is debited from my bank account, but it is not reflecting in MCGM's system.

I went to Palika Ward, but they are useless. I went bank also, they also trying to contact with IT

department of MCGM. They are not responding to mine and bank's complaint.

This is very embarrassing. My complaint no with MCGM is 0720746047.
