URGENT - HEALTH ISSUE
The Managing Committee of Andheri Panchvati Co-operative Housing Society Ltd, Andheri West - K West Ward has been DISMISSED for violation of 73 (1AB) of MCS Act, 1960 r/w Rule 58a of MCS Rules, 1961 and the Secretary and Chairman of the society have been DISQUALIFIED for violation of 75 (5) of MCS Act, 1960 to contest election for one term vide Order No. 1073 dated 30.05.2012 by the Deputy Registrar (K-W ward). The MC Members have gone in for Appeal U/s.152 with Divisional Joint Registrar, Mumbai Division. The file is closed by the Divisional Joint Registrar for orders.
Now the Secretary is emptying unapproved / unpotable water, which may lead to water born diseases, in the tanks of DRINKING WATER supplied by MCGM by which he is ENDANGERING the lives of innocent children and senior citizens living in the society. In spite of lodging Complaint No. 0721471866 Dated 23.07.2012 with MCGM Control Room and also with the Complaint Officer at K-West Ward, the tankers are being emptied without any fear. AN URGENT AND IMMEDIATE ACTION BY MCGM WATER VIGILANCE DEPARTMENT / POLICE DEPARTMENT IS SOUGHT by the aggrieved complainant members.
