Hello,

I am STELLA ROBERT, Sending you mail regarding that yesterday i went to your bank which is in near to Lodhi Road and I deposited the Cheque around 12:30 pm but till now it has not been transfered to my account being an Account holder of HDFC Bank the particular transaction was not done. I heard that HDFC Bank has a very reputed name regarding all types of stuffs but I am sorry to say now its going down. Its better to say that upcoming bank are much faster than your's. Before writing to you I had tried your number 41514332 / 1800 22 1819 / and I spoke to one of your Customer care person Mr Imran but I didn't get any help. But than also I wait, now its height for me as it get a long time for transaction, and I took step to write you an e-mail, how much time it will take to transfer amount in a same bank. I would rather say if someone wants to transfer his /her amount from abroad you'll people take a month. Its my humble request from you people to arrange to do the needful and transfer the amount to my account.
