I have couriered one important letter from Delhi to Yerraguntla (Andhra Pradesh) on 20.03.2010

your company informed that by 22nd / 23rd March it will reach the destination.

To day it is 25th and still your record shows in transit.

I am worried as the letter is quite important.

Will you please inform otherwise I take other means to send it
