I agree with the comments and the complaint against the firm. Even I have invested Rs. 1.30 lakh in this company. My cheque for this month (January) got bounced. Today from the news channels, I could find out that the company has left the office at Somedutt tower at Bhikaji Cama Place and the office is locked.
Through the mobile numbers of the complainants available in this site, I contacted some of them who confirmed that their cheques also got bounced.
This is not all, my retired parents looking at me getting moneys regularly, have invested Rs. 1.25 lakh and after getting two months, the third cheque got bounced which was dated 2 January.
This company even turned out to be fraud.
Our money laundering Acts must be strengthened and the enforcement agencies must be more effective in detecting these alluring advertisements in the newspapers and keep a tab on their working.
The economic offences wing also need not wait for complaints to act on. They should be more proactive and detect these advertisements in the newspaper wherein they offer hefty returns.
The common public take these as genuine and legal since repeated advertisements are featured in newspapers and the companies open their offices in posh office space which even have some offices of the police/intelligence agencies.
With the loose attitude of the Government and the enforcement agencies on these companies, they are increasing day by day and looting the hard earned money of common public while these agencies which get their salaries for protecting the common public from these dubious companies sit pretty and see the fun.
It can be possible in a hopeless country like ours.
Shame on the agencies and the Government.
