Cached the amount of rs 40 in my current account for reasen other atm usage

Last (01/12to31/12) december i got the statement in my current a/c there is Rs 40 is debeted i ask reson for that bank (union bank of india tsk nagar ssi branch) that gai say this for other ATM usage charge but that month i used other ATM is only 3 times only
