In reference to mentioned above subject matter, my self shashi kant sharma from district Barwani (on the maharashtra boarder) of Madhya Pradesh. When I was purchased karbon mobile K443 slider, 2 sim etc. means in a small slim pece like having these all the quality. I was really very pleased and thankful to the company. Or karbon mobile company is better know about the Indian family need, prize was also affordable.
Therefore in my view karbon is the best affordable and usable communicative option.
As I show the piece like slider and thin or small pice, at the movement, I was purchased from the shop in Barwani district. But unfortunately I was on the field visit or my set was fall down, and disply was gone off. I was very sad because, I was using 2 sim, so now no any sim is working. I am having the bill that mentioned all the no. and all these. Therefore my shopkeeper forwards that mobile in Rajpur, because he was take off the order from their or Rajpur shopkeeper has been send the set to INDORE MP.But till to day I don’t get my set, after a month.
All shopkeeper said, its very hard to got the display, other one said talk to company directly, to day after one month, I did have my set mobile in bad or good position. Therefore I want to know the actually, what is going on? mobile display would be changed or not?
I am a worker, so there are many problem faced, due to no communication. I want to know some question
1. karbon mobile phone display is repairable or not?
2. Where is your shop near to INDORE in MP?
3. This problem would be short out in your dealer but I was didn’t got the service
4. If you produce the mobile, or it was have some problem then how and where, consumer can repaired that.
5. if you have the shop in indore or near by please let me know on my email
6. if your brand is good, product is good, - then why you lose the status in the market.
7. I want the solution other wise consumer will not believe on the karbon.
one month time is very much or too long to repaire the mobile. if needed any other details kindly write to me
