Dear Sir
A transaction has been made from my credit card dated 29-May at KAVIRAJ HOUSEWARES- GI for a mobile phone of RS 12, 996 . The company has charged for the product from the bank but we had just enquired about the product and not ordered. We even dont have any bill no or order no. I have filled up the disputed form of SBI . We have also talked to your company executive many time but still there is no result. After many efforts campony executive says that they dont have this product that we enquired and instead offered us Big Bazar company coupon which we refused.
We need a reply from your company stating that the ordered this order and transaction is wrongly done. We also need the refund and appology from the company and the company should communicate this thing to the Bank for the refund.
