Our firm Modern Tyres & Aligner has a current bank account with ICICI Bank.
This account (number: 628605012332) is jointly held by both partners of our firm and as specified during account opening clearance of cheques issued against this account requires signatures of both partners.
Recently a singly signed cheque (number 536705) was issued to M/s Eureka Forbes. However, to our surprise, this cheque got honoured. Later we approached the bank and scanned image of the cleared cheque also shows single signature.
We would be sincerely thankful if something needful can be done in this matter.
