Non-receipt of refund

Application No: 1 - 1178926 dated 30.11.2010 for 204 shares for which paid

Rs.76, 500.00 by cheque no.134380 dated 30.11.2010 on Saraswat Co-op. Bank, Mahim Br. Mumbai-400 016. I have made the mistake of writing the

wrong De-mat details on Application Form i.e wrong Beneficiary A/C No.

10091834 instead of 10911834. My De-mat details are:

Bank name:(Depository participant/s name: The Saraswat Co-op Bank Ltd.

DP ID No: IN 300829

Beneficiary Account No. 10911834.

I have already delivered my complaint to Karvy Computershare, Mumbai

as per my letters dated 11/01 & 24/01 to which reply is awaited.

Pls. look into the matter at the earliest the possible and let me know results.
