Agents disturbing

This is about my sons abnamro creditcard no.5425051314033373. my son passed away last month and i informed this to the customer care. they said they would get in touch for the procedure to be followed. from then onwards i get many calls everyday and i have to explain to everyone and they behave in a very rude manner and speak very badly. i was told that card was insured and outstanding will be adjusted accordingly.band is not talking directly and these agents are misbehaving
