Cheating to custome

This problem persisting from past 4 months and yet get resolution of it. please consider this issue as serious and provide status to do settlement.from past 4 months this problem is not resolved. can any one resolve this or i will move this case to civil court for cheating customer and not providing appropriate solution.delay in responses has increased the credit card interest from past 4 months. Bank is careless in understanding the customer issue and providing resolution to genuine customer. Purposely making customer defaulte
