We wish to inform you that we are very large corporate company dealers in Steel Scrap.

We, including all the various branches in India, had been in business with you for courier despatches.

We bring to your notice the following serious lapse on your part, which has been badly affected our business to the tune of lakhs. We had sent some original documents. The details of which are as under:
