Sub:- Loss of Parcel – Reg.

Ref:- L.R.No.189302559 Dt.04.06.10

We would like to inform you that we sent a parcel to Akola on 04.06.2010. But till yet parcel is not reached to the consignee. In this connection we have made a lot of complaints over phone to Mr. Khatri at Akola (9372501555), Miss. Prerna (Akola), Miss. Shital (Nagpur) & Miss. Mariya (Mumbai) as also some other staff of your concern. But nobody has responded properly. Mr. Khatri told us that this parcel we will send back to you becs they don't have delivery in that city also they given us L.R.No.190239635 but this L.R. not found to Mumbai people's & till date they don't know actually where is the Parcel.

Miss. Maria also told us that she informed Akola office & talk with Mr. Khatri but she also don't get proper responce from them.

So she told us to give a written complaints to H.O.at andheri.

As we are not satisfied by the action taken by you in tracing our parcel, we want our parcel back at any cost.
