Dear sir,

this is to informe you that i have avail used car loan from your bank on 31st of december and my emi installments are start and i have paid my first installment from my bank through ecs.

my loan a/c no is 15912896 and i am not receive my R. C . of my car till date . i have call several times to your bank exicutive but he does not give me a satisfaction answer about my R.C. which was going to be transfer in my firm name through your bank for this i paid you in advance but till date no one is answering me about my R.C. even your registration AGENT NAMED - MR. VIKAS HE ALSO DOES NOT PICK MY PHONE CALLS, HIS MOBILE NO IS 9818173167 and not reply me for my rc

hope you can do me a favour for giving me the RC of my car as soon as possible.
