Non receiving of pension -Dec 09

I was asked to submit Life certification in the month of November which was duly submitted as per their directions. But I have not recieved pension of Dec. 2009 till yet i.e. 02.02.2010. I was told by the bank to visit your office. I therefore, request you to kindly release my pension for the month of Dec. 2009 or Jan. PF A/c no. DL/8444/165, P.P.O. no. DL/CPM/31037.
