I am a subscriber to your Dolphin mobile services holding JEEVAN SAATHI plan, for the last five years. I have opted for billing option and have been paying my bills regularly since then. In the month of April I lost my mobileand have complained to your Customer Care No. immediately followed by a Police complaint. My Dolphin Mobile No. is 9869228530 requesting you to block my SIM card with immediate effect. All the relevant documentory evidence would be sent to your Office as soon as you let me know as to whom I am require to submitt the same.

However, I continued receiving you bill amounting to over Rs400/- and above regularly though I have not made a single outgoing calls since then. It therefore appears that the THIEF who happen to get my handset after I lost it in April are using my lost sim continuously inspite of my request to block the same, no action appears to have been taken in this regard by your offfice. As a result I am being sent regulr bills for the STD/LOCAL calls made by someone else. I therefore request you to kindly look into my billing records and catch hold of the culprit through the telephone no. on which the so called std call have been made.
