Sir,
I, Umesh Sharma S/o Shri Om Prakash Sharma Resident of DDA Flat No. 101, Pocket-1, Sec. 6, Dwarka, New Delhi-75, I am a consultant of Lal Kitab/Astrological Book since more than 25 years. I am carrying my profession very smoothly without any hesitation and difficulties since I have started my profession in the World of Lal Kitab/Astrological Book.
In 2004 I have published my own book named Varshfal (Lal Kitab) in this book all descriptions/languages are my own thought, not adopted from anywhere. I also predict yearly varshfal in the Astrological World. There is no any complaint has come against me till the date from any side or my client about my Varshfal Lal Kitab/yearly Varshfal. I have attained so many seminars and conferences and was awarded by many people and institution and have got a number of certificates and medals. It is great precious for me and it can not be compensate in terms of money.
I have copy righted my book of Lal Kitab Varshfal in the year 2009 as per the rules and regulations of copy right Act 1957 and my copy Right Registration No. is SW-4187.
Few days earlier one of my client Mr. Rajesh Kumar Das came to me for taking my opinion and showed me his Varshfal which was predicted by Mr. G.D. Vashist. After seeing that Varshfal, I was shocked to see that all most, all the prediction/description/languages of my book Lal Kitab Varshfal which was published in the year 2004 was copied by Mr. G.D. Vashist. The same was without giving any knowledge or getting my permission, it was misued and cheated for his own benefit/profit which come under the violation of Copy Right Act.
It is pertinent to mention here that it is searched by me on internet that some of the clients of Mr. G.D. Vashist are not satisfied with his prediction and have written various things against him (G.D. Vashist) and have also heard that there are some cases against him which are going on in different court regarding his prediction and other frauds.
For taking attention and for convenience I am high lighting some para graphs of my book Lal Kitab Varshfal which have been copies by Mr. G.D. Vashist. To help you in the investigation of the Viclation of Copy Right, rest is the matter of investigation by police.
I an enclosing herewith this complaint as Annexure-A (Varshfal Book of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Das, given by Lal Kitab Specialist Mr. G.D. Vashist).
i) In Annexure-A page no. 27 para 1 & 2 are exact same line has been copies from Annexure "B" page no. 106 of para 2 which are highlighted in the books.
ii) In Annexure "A" page No. 27 para 3 has been copies from Annexure "B" page No. 122 of para 3;
iii) In annexure "A" page No. 28 para-1 has been copies from annexure "B" page No. 122 of para 5;
iv) In annexure "A" page No. 31 para 3 has been copied from Annexure "B" page No. 61 of para-3;
v) In annexure "A" page No. 32 per 1 has been copied from Annexure "B" page No. 62 of para-1;
Varshfal written by Mr. Umesh Sharma in the year of 2004 is enclosing her as Annexure "B"
Annexure&-quot;C" soft copy of Varshfal (by Umesh Sharma).
I am listing below some of my clients who will be witness in my case:-

I would like to inform you that Mr. G.D. Vashist is not only misusing and cheating me (Mr. Umesh Sharma/complainant) the predication/language/description of my own published Varshfal (Lal Kitab) in his profession even he is making mind wash and creating confusion in the public in large in the market of Varshfal prediction by different astrologists.
I am also attaching all the documents and proofs that will be helpful for you investigating the matter, I will co-operate with the police whenever they need my help.
I also request you to kindly investigate the mattr as soon as possible in the interest of justice. It is a clear cut cheating case Under Section 420 of IPC as well as Violation of The Copy Right Act in Civil & Criminal.
