Order failure n didnt refund money back

I recharged my MTS Mblaze with 1499 RS/. but due to order failure my recharge was not successful. but justrechargeit' payment gateway detected money from my account on November 17. Till den they didn't give my money back. This is ridiculous guys.

I need my money. Its has been more than 15 days and now i don't have so much patience. don't bother me to take some legal action.

I will till tomorrow.
