PF amount not received

Dear Sir

This is Dr. Revathy Ramalingam

This is with reference to my PF withdrawal amount

PF A/c No. : MH/BAN/45665/46232

My last working place was Accenture, Chennai and resigned during Nov and I had opted to withdraw the PF amount and had submitted the relevant forms through the finance centre of the organization.

I would like to know the status of my PF amount for which is very long pending and there is no information from Accenture-finance centre
