Account debit in saving account with out transation

This has reference on subject matter,

As my Saving accoint at HDFC branch The Mall Shimla, Account no 05241140001122.

Due to ATM problem on 18.02. the amount could not withrawal, and RS 5500 has been debited from my saving account.

The same time intemated to Branch, with screen shot of account statement.

But still no positive action by concern HDFC branch.
