Not able to Login

Sir,

We have a SB a/c with SBI Gopal Nagar Branch of Nagpur. We have been provided with a KIT to operate Internet Banking on our request. The SB a/c No. reference is 30033243089. Though the KIT has been provided to us a week ago and the official has assured that the a/c will get activated with in 24 hours, the same has not been activated it seems. We could not able to login

with User ID & Password provided by the Bank though attempted several times.

Please let us know what should we do?
