Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that I have bought an Aquaguard Booster Machine from 69/B, G.T. Road [West] Serampore, Dist.: Hooghly, PIN – 712 203 on 22/07/10. The machine was sold by Mr. Ramprasad Das [Code no.: 9009070] by cash payment of Rs.9, 190/-

[ Rupees nine Thousand One Hundred Ninety only].

Since then the said Machine is not working properly. In the meantime Mr. Ramprasad exchanged the machine. But sorry to say the replaced one is not working. It has already been repaired by your service engineers. Now the machine has totally stopped the water supply from Friday i.e. 09/09/10. We have again complained to our local service station [Ph.no. 033 2664 3188].Our complain no. is 59413440 dt.10/09/10. So many engineers have already visited our house to make the machine in working condition, but they failed to repair it.

Now it is my earnest request to you to kindly replace the proper machine immediately as you know that the drinking water is very essential thing for daily life. I am totally exhausted within this short period for this continuous problem.

Please do the needful as early as possible.
