with due respect I state that I have completed documents for k cc before one month in your branch kagarol dist Agra (u.p).but k cc has not been prepared till now.during this period I contact the BM&BM loan so many times. I contact on date 4-9-10 they told me that your file is missing we are searching your file.your file has been send to RM office on date 21-9-10 . RM office says that there is no file, what is reality I do not know.

pl do Na so I get advantage of k cc.
