Respected sir,

i would like to take shares NANOEXCEL CORPORATION LTD (for nanotechnology enabled hydro-electric POWER PROJECT in the jurisdiction of Arunachal Pradesh govt.) woring since 12 july. It has corporate office in DELHI.

but searching in the web site of MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS, i could not found any details of the company.and also i did not get CIN of the company.

this is a company do business based on multi level marketing. So i doubt this is a fraud company.

So kindly get me the proper guidance.
