Non settlement of PA claim A/c Shri Lordfree Sudarshan, Claimant Smt. Indu. V.G., Group Policy No. 4005 A/0000040

Shri. Lordfree Sudharsan met with an accident on 26-08. He died on 2-09. He availed a Home Loan from ICICI Bank as principal debtor. His wife Mrs. Indu. V.G. is Co-applicant. At the time of sanctioning the loan, the Bank informed them through letter dt. 28-10 that, the loan has the facility of personal accident insurance for the first applicant. So, the premium also deducted from the party. After his unfortunate demise, Mrs. Indu submitted all the papers before the company. Till now they didn't settle the claim.
