Proof submitted but they don't accept for PAN card application

Dear sir

i have already PAN number and i reprinted PAN card and i sent proof to "NSDL" with name of father's proof my full name is "MANTHAN KUMARPAL NANAVATI" i sent him my both bank statement and both pass book the name is printed above mentioned, but NSDL not agree with this proof, and the proof is also their category. so what to do please support me to solve this problem and they don't give me proper reply regarding which problem they faced, kindly do needful, my mail id is "[email protected]"
