Respected Madam,

In our society’s ground floor ‘Navbharat Urban Credit Society is there, they have occupied the land in front of them which is supposed to be society’s compound.

It seems without consent of other members of the society Secretary has given them permission to build a wall and grill and a shade. Now Credit society has started there office in that place.

You are requested to give answers to the following questions:-

1) Whether the secretary in his own capacity has right to grant permission?

2) Who will take action against this credit society?

3) Concern party has done lot of internal work in their premises without any permission what action should we take.

4) Which authority has right to demolish this illegal construction.

Please help us in this matter as all the members of the society would like to get rid of this.
