SUB:- NON RECEIPT OF MATURITY AMOUNT OF PLI NO-APS/NM/37176-A

Sir,

I have the honour to state that my PLI Policy No- APS/NM/37176-A held by

No. AC/686573-R, Rank-X Shri Lokendra Kumar matured on 15 July and I had submitted all required documents as PLI Policy, Pass book both in original copy and ID proof to head post office Baraut, Distt-Bagpat (Utter Pradesh) in Jan as final premium deposited in Dec but maturity date decided 15 jul (at the age of forty) Sir many times I have visited and also reminders given to the post office Baraut and also telephonically reminded ten times to CPMG Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) as well as Delhi PLI office but no body help me and still I am awaiting for my matured PLI amount even after Two Years since 15 July.

Sir this is my humbly request to responsible authorities to look in to the matter personally and order to P.L.I. to settle my matured policy payments along with Interest. If you need further information, do let me know

Sir please help me in this case I will be very much thank full to you.
