We regret to inform you that we have booked a courier to DGFT, I.P. Bhawan, New Delhi from Newar Metals Pvt. Ltd., Bhiwadi on 16.12.2010 through your Courier Company (On-Dot Courier) vide their Ref. No.615313141. While tracking the said no. we found that it was not delivered so far. Online status shown "out for delivery" on 20th & 21st Dec.. I request you to please take necessary action as that consignment attains a great importance for me and i was in urgent need of it. Hoping kind response from your part
