NGPAY
Money not refunded

I did two transactions on my ngpay through my canara bank debit card during 23 may (mobile no. 988193503) of tickets rs 4500 and 1360 resp..

since the first transaction was not processed ngpay send a mesaage that money will be refunded in 7 to 10 days.

but never got refunded.

when i called they said we are looking into it

last week they provided me 16 Digit arn no. thats of no use..

my bank at a long distance from here..when i called them they didnt respond well
