I want to draw your kind attention towards the negligent working of bank employee, they are working with the lack of knowledge. My complaint is that- I want to open my mother's saving account in s.b.i. (small branch in Kamalganj, Fatheghar, Farrukhabad up., and branch code no. 11210) I went there three times for opening my mother's account but manager of there branch sent us back reason by lack of one I.D., but now i have two I.D. (one is Rasan Card, and second is PAN card), After getting these two id he refused again. He said that husband name should be printed on PAN card but in my knowledge only women father name printed on pan card nor husband name weather she married or not. PAN card is best ID. for identification.
this is the matter of great concern and it cause a great loos of time, and i am finding it difficult to open my account.
kindly take necessary action in this matter and please give the massage to manager for poor service, and says to him for opening my account.
