Contact Servise

My cell phobne was not functioning, and shows " Contact Service". I have contaced the service dealer at N/Town, Jabalpur, MP. I would like to give following details ;-

1. I gone to the service center at 10.30 AM, the official are outside the office as the office was cleaning.

2.After waiting 1/2 hour, I have given my cell phone with the complaints as it was in the warranty period.

3.He checked and intimate that the cellphone was charger connector bend and scratch observed inside the phone.

So it will not comes under warranty. Iam requesting you as it is under warrenty the same may please be reapired.
