Respected sir/mam.
i purchased a Nokia 5800 mobile phone from UNIVERCELL mobile showroom.they told me to insure my phone with ur company.i agree with them and paid an extra sum of 400rs which i paid on that time.
For my bad luck i lost my mobile in r.t.c bustand madanapalii.i sent u all the requirements for claiming insurance (original invoice, original police complaint, original sim replacement letter, and some fully filled alegion documents) and sent them to the address on the documents.they returned me back asking for F.I.R rather than the letter given by the police.
i again went to the station for F.I.R in the station the subinsepector of police told me that they will not give the F.I.R because no F.I.R are been given for the mobile lost cases which is the order from S.P.and they also told me that the letter which theygiven is enough for the insurance polocies.
i again sent that those documents.those documents which are sent by me are again returned asking for the F.I.R.i asked the police to give me the F.I.R for which they refused and told me the whole story again.
they have given me the letter stating that i have lost my mobile phone in R.T.C bustand madanapalli.and the whole matter what is the problem.
What is the problem with that letter?
From where i can get the F.I.R you are asking for which they are talking about rules?
